When your mortgage come up to maturity, you need to renew your terms. This is where I can be of service for you. At no cost to you, I will shop all of the lenders for their lowest rates and best products. This can ultimately save you thousands of dollars when I can provide you with a better interest rate than what your current mortgage lender offers.

A current lender will not often anticipate that a client will shop out their interest rate upon maturity of their mortgage. They assume that a client does not know that they can change lenders at this time (at no cost) or that they will not take the time to shop out their rate.
